Why PC Mathew?
PC Mathew has a diverse background in military infrastructure, finance, and business, and brings extensive experience in leadership and community service. Mathew had the privilege of working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the construction of a military airbase during and after Gulf War. Also served Military Works Directorate of Bahrain Defense contributing to construction, tendering, planning, and maintenance. After moving to the U.S., he advanced to Chief Accountant for a $75 million Veterans Affairs research project at UT Southwestern and later served as a Financial Examiner for the State of Texas in Texas Department of Insurance. As a small business owner, Realtor, and insurance agency founder, Mathew have gained valuable expertise in finance, budgeting, and community development. PC Mathew’s lifelong commitment to service and integrity drives his dedication to making a positive impact in Garland.
